About 340 bucks total. Shipping was over 100 dollars!!!! The original seller I was going through responded after I found a second seller who I ended up buying from. Now the original seller has lights and is willing to ship to the U.S. but I already have a pair on the way. That's why I was asking if somebody else wanted them. I needed to change my headlights and liked the idea of fixed lights but have never liked the ones I've seen before these. Can't wait for them to get here!

If some of you guys are interested, i could check what are prices for those headlights here in Croatia, but shipping from here also won't be small. I could also check if there are some used available. But maybe it would be best for you guys to try to contact Beppe (conv90). He lives in Italy and I bet that prices are best there.

Headlights came in this morning. That's a total of about 3 days! I'm very happy with they way they look and their condition. But now I'm left with the puzzle of trying to find or fabricate plugs for each beam. Gonna contact the original seller and see if I can get as much of the wiring back from the light as possible. Then it will be alotta of splicing, crimping, and soldering. Will post pics soon!

I remember seeing(lusting after) the car long ago, on the other forum, but I think he sold it and never responded to a question about them.

I always wanted to do this, despite no problems with my 'flippers'. I'd like to know if someone finds these over yonder.

What would be really sick is if you could keep the flip as well. Flip the switch and go from stock to rolling the headlight doors into this look. That would be badass, got me thinking about trying that.

I wonder if you'd have to upgrade to a stronger headlight motor. I'm guessing the Fiat lights are heavier, but I wont know for sure until I pull out one of the original lights and weigh them against each other. That would be pretty awesome though! Definitely alot more work!!!

It would be more work but it would be worth it in my opinion. Certainly would be different, you could go from the stock closed look to open and completely change the look of the front end.

The car in the first link is a R.I.P. case.

I read about it on the dutch vette forum and someone mentioned it got destroyed in a crash.

Love it when you guys have to come into the outside world

Us poor deprived international owners have to pay those sort of costs everytime we buy something out of the USA.
I buy a cheap cam on FS section and it costs me US$50 by USPS to Australia. If I use UPS it is close to $200 .
A set of heads is US$350 by USPS .Over $450 by UPS

Plus a lot of US suppliers will not ship international and most that do will only do UPS :$$$$ Thankfully I have helpful CF members like WVZR-1 (thanks Dave ) who consolidate smaller items ( where the shipping cost can be over 3 x the item cost ) into one shipment that I can get it out in a Flat rate box.

Don't even mention the exchange rate difference which on average costs me $1.35 local pesos for $1 US

I´m in Sweden Europe, and I know a few people that import speedboats from the USA.

They get shipped to Sweden by 20 ft containers, and it´s not a big problem for them to put in a few small items together with a boat, so shipping has become a bit cheaper for me now.

Maybe a tip for some.

Yeah I'm a member on the Dutch forum now. The user Johnny wrecked it and nobodies heard from him in awhile. I also have more pics of the car but no point really posting them cuz there not headlight pics. As for you Shbby, hit me up. I talked to that seller from the UK I was telling you about who is willing to ship them. He's getting them weighed first to let me know the shipping rate. I already got my lights so I will shoot you his email address if you want. And mine came in perfect condition. They had a big box and wrapped the hell out of both lights in newspaper so much that it took a few minutes to get em out. Felt like a kid at Christmas! And I have both wiring diagrams, and places to buy the necessary parts for the mod. I plan on messing with it today or tomorrow if this damn storm blows out! I will call you up if you want to check it out.

cooter your obligated to post pix. of the lights AND your new little one

vette079 - i got a buddy in Sweden who used to ship me massive ammounts of Swedish coffee (you swedes have better coffee!) when I was in korea and when I first got back from korea.
I think i paid somewhere along the lines of $100 to have a paintballgun shipped to me from sweden too. Paintball guns re cheaper thier then they are in the us but the added shipping cost puts it on par with us markers.

Few links,

Was it this one?

I´m not Swedish originally, but have lived here now for 7.5 years.

I´m from the Netherlands, that´s why I replied about the fiat lights, since I´m member of the same Dutch forum.

See above, as the dollar plunges.

I hope to find someone who is Photoshop gifted who can show me how these would look on a Shinoda-bodied car and will be following the install.

Coolcatcher, would you e-mail me the parts list and instructions, please?

How about these, it´s a C5 but anyway.

And here is the link of the one selling it, it´s a 2002 supercharged C5.

I´m just referring to the other style lights.
