Ok Dave sounds like quite a strange one. But give us a little more. Does it happen by itself, all at once, and what triggers it to happen.

I can see the door switch affecting the bell and the interior lights, but not the fog lights.

Is this trick, or treat cause its near Halloween, or is that car just possed and in need of a exorcism.

Off hand I could not even venture a valid guess. It almost sounds like a grounding problem but I think that might also be a stretch. However the way I would approach it is to target in on only one of the items. Find the one easiest to work on and access. And by using the FSM drawings I would find a link between any brake wiring either hot or return wiring and the item you are going to resolve first.

Could be headlight switch causing fog light/interior light issue-check connector that goes into headlight switch for melting of connector or burnt wires.Could be cut in a power wire(brakes) thus supplying power to fog light etc.Disconnect brake switch & see if same problem exists.
