Have a 1990 and want to buy a scanner or a program to check for codes and see what the systems are doing can you guys point me in the right direction.
Right now i have a service abs light on and have the fsm but it wont pull and codes with the paper clip. I forgot about the the scan and tune section i also have a post in tech.

Download the datamaster program and get the ALDL cables with a USB plug from Andrew Mattei at AKM cables or Gary at TTS systems from Datamaster. Good info and you get 20 free scans before the $85 lifetime software charge. It works great on my mod L-98 383 which DOES need a tune with 30 lbs injectors, etc, etc. They will help you a great deal.
