Left side weatherstrip is most definately done, right side looks a lot better, If you are doing one, might as well do both unless the Right side is new....
Good luck

You think I should trying to Silicone behind the Dash Seals First? Might Help?
Seems if the Dash Seals leak from the inside, the water would be caught by the side of the Plastic Dash section and run inside the car on the floor or something??? Is this Correct.

Problem is you need to actually see where its coming in from. I would suggest removing both the right side and left side "A" pillar plastic trim, sit them in the house somewhere and wait for the rain and see if you can now see where its entering. Might be able to do the garden hose thing to soak it, sit in the car and let someone blast the car with water and see if you can spot the point of entry.
It appears its making its own path and you need to narrow it down to where its getting in, by removing the A pillar trim, it should help to see whats going on better. Can you put a piece of paped between the window and the weatherstrip, close the door and see how easy it is to pull the paper out?
If it comes out real easy, might have window adjustment issues or if it is hard to pull out, might be coming in at a much higher point and you might have to search higher for a leak, the plastic A pillar covers being off will help a lot to see whats going on.
