I have a 89 convert and the drivers side headlight is stuck open. Checked the power at motor plug and recieving no electric current. Is there a fuse for this and if there is how about a location.

For now, do the manual thing and turn the manual **** until it is fully closed.

When triggered (turned on/off) initially if one head light works and the other doesn't even try to work it is possible that you've got a bad head lamp actuator motor, open or shorted wire/wires in the actuator circuit or a bad head light control module.
I checked the wiring harness and no current going to the headlight motor
If you checked it for voltage at the connection plug "at" the headlight motor and had nothing follow the wiring back to the headlight control module (5"x 1" black plastic module bolted to the front side of the left front wheel well shroud - near the vacuum ball) to insure there are no issues with the wiring.....would also be a good idea to remove the electrical connection for both the module and headlight motor and check (continuity) the harness wires that feed the non working headlight motor...you'll need a jumper wire to complete the loop. Both the module and headlamp motor should be unplugged for the resistance test. If everything checks out you'll need a new or "good" module (used ~$50 on flEaBAY).
