I can't see the speedo. I know it works because when the sun light hits it just right I can see how fast I'm going. Where Can I get the lens?

You need to fill out your profile, so we know what year your car is.

What year is you car, if its 84-89 then it could be the dashes bulbs or if its like my 87 was a blown fuse. Mine would work during the day but at night it was black as could be, so check the fuses on the passenger side first, its an easy place to start.

Not 100%...

Our gauge cluster is notorious for breaking the solder points on the back of the boards.

Go to Batee.com.....search around a bit it is just one guys personal website.....

On it you'll find the most comprehensive DIY repair for what you are experiencing.

Follow it step by step without question and you'll be back on the road in no time.

well, ok, after about 4 hours of work.

I did mine while watching Sunday night Football and I had to run to target (cause I didn't listen when I was told to have nut drivers)

...before you balk a this job...YES you can.....(where's obumble?) Yes you can do this job if you listen and follow directions.

Hopefully, it's a simple as the bulbs or a fuse.

On my 88 vert, bulbs, etc are fine but you can't see speedo brcause of glare from sun.

Several LEOs have checked it out and agree with me, including the last one who said she had evidence I was doing 62 in a 45

When I explained the visibility problem, she stuck her head in the cockpit, agreed you couldn't see the speedo and gave me a warning.

I think I will leave it alone
