i took some pics of my runners, which i assume i got to identify which side is each one
Correct me if im wrong ...

From this view they look identical :

The rounded part looks like Cold Start injector (with no hole),so i assume that goes on the driver's side...what you say ???

You mean base,right ?
Yes but this Runners doesnt have CS,so judging by the shape of it
the rounded one (bottom runner) goes on the driver's side
what ya say

Compare the runner bases to the EGR port on pass side of intake base. My foggy brain says the one with the angled channel is on the EGR side.
Be sure to check gasket fit around EGR, that was a vacuum leak, waiting to happen, on mine.

If you place the runners on the base you will be able to tell. One of the runners does not completely cover the hole for the cold start injector.

Those runners look good. Nice polish job.

i was just playing with my SR gaskets and found out that i have some extra
TPI runner to base gaskets included there, i wonder why, plus 2 little ones
that i already have them but didn't use ,those are for the intake base but the manual always says to use 5 mm of RTV sealer, why this little ones are never used ?
Thanks

There might be some trial and error to get everything to line up. I would put it together with the gaskets dry first to make sure the plenum to runner bolts will all line up.

1. Thread the bottom runner bolts into the base a couple threads.
2. Slip the runners on. Install all runner bolts snug tight.
3. Place plenum on runners and verify all 12 bolts will go in. If everything is good, remove the plenum and runners.

The real install goes like this:

1. Install lower runner gaskets with sealer. I used Gasgacinch.
2. Install runners and torque.
3. Install fuel rail and injectors.
4. Make sure wires and hoses are routed under plenum.
5. Install plenum. Make sure to connect the MAT sensor connector first. I used white lithium grease for sealing the upper runner gaskets and lid.

Good luck.

Where did my post go??
Sammy if one of the runners has a pluged hole that side should be the drivers side runner.. On the Accel runners I just got that is the way mine goes so I think yours would be the same..the passenger side is the one that pulls the air to mix with the exhaust for the EGR.If the hole isn't pluged do like Agent 86 said above and match up the holes on the base and runner.. .WW

You can use RTV on the lid but it makes it really hard to get the lid off. The runners don't interfere with the rail.

Sammy , I just looked at my Accel runners and they are cut the same as yours..The top runner in your picture with the straight slot is the one that goes on the Passager side , the one with the angled slot is the drivers side and would be the one that would work with the cold start injector ( if you had one)..WW

Email sent- enjoy all the reading!!!!
If you are talking about the intake gaskets for the front & reat of intake/motor - do not use them. Use good rtv like the right stuff and let dry at least 24 hours before you start the motor.
