Granted, if your rear brakes achieve lock-up prior to your front brakes. (Seen this only once while teaching at a Novice Driver school. Made the student re-bleed the front brakes at Tech to eliminate all the air pockets, then re-tested the car before proceeding.) However, since this thread is about the DRM brake bias spring, I just want to say that I've used one for years on my C4 and never had any problems either on the street, on course, or on track. YMMV.

Tried it last Feb on the track (road racing); No dangerous behaviour, no rear tires locking; it also allowed me to dip the brakes a little more into corner entry.
