All good tips to be sure. Another is to just start all connecting bolts before snugging anything. I can't do any wrenching anymore, but when I put mine on several years ago I slotted the two inboard center bolts and drew them up from the top. That way I only needed a 1/4" box to snug them.

Oh yeah Cabo, definitely slot the bolts for the runners to plenum, forgot about that. Also very much agree with the starting bolts but not to torque until all together. Great tips.
Willie, this was back when I didn't have access to air tools, perhaps that is why I went 1/4" gear wrench. The air sounds much more appealing!
