Napa, Pep Boys or Advance Auto should have one for you, but it may come in a complete throttle body gasket kit. Or you can just cut one out of a sheet of gasket material. Should be pretty simple to make.

For my 92 I order a couple of the sets from NAPA when I'm down to one.
They are not cheap but include all the gaskets you could need for the TB.

Found a trottle body gasket set at Auto zone.Oreillys was lost for some reason.But after trying to remove the coolant/iac housing gave up these bolts are very unquarpitive,did not want to break them,witch is what was going to happen.On the possitive side I did get grind the lip out of the bottom of the plentum opening.
