I tried to tell them that the poly bushing should not turn in the link it should rotate on center metal bushing to work properly.

Good information. Thanks for all the input. I thought of cutting a small grove between the two bushings where they meet when installed and drill a hole in the center of the arm for th zerk. This would allow the grease to enter past the bushing and coat the metal sleeve.

I guess I'm not understanding what he did. The ID of the bearing moves right? So you drill a hole through the bushing where the zerk is. That way grease goes down to where the bushing rotates. I have not done this yet on mine. I'm thinking of using heim links in the rear and those delalum bushings for the arms. I have read that your grease gun needs to be decent to push the thick grease in there.
