Default A great supplier experience

I bought a set of Bushings from Energy Suspension and managed to destroy one.

I called them up and asked about a replacement.

" No problem"
, no need to by the kit.

When I asked what the costs was: " No charge, we'll send it to you".

????? What? My bad?

That was last Friday and the bushing sits on my desk

I need to say that is the best customer service that can be asked for.

Always liked their product, have used them on a couple of vehicles with good results. They want return customers, a couple of bucks to have you buy again isnt a bad investment. They probly write off a bunch of "Customer Service" invoices each year.

Glad to hear they are keeping up the good work. I will be replacing my rear suspension bushings with their products soon.

Cool!
It is nice when a company actually does provide responses/feedback/customer service for their part offerings. Glad they didn't leave you hangin'.

Their service is the best. I ordered a kit from them and had it about 6 months before installing it. Well when I got ready to install it, I found I had lost one of the busings that went in one of the dog bones in the back. I called them and told them I lost it. Wanted a price for a replacement. He said no charge and shipped it out to me for free!! They are a good company.

They're one of the best!!!!

I've been doing my bushings a little at the time. Been dealing with a guy named Graham Slaughter. I couldn't be happier with their service and communication and their products.

For sure. You don`t hear too many positives about customer service anymore.

That is another point I missed.

I called.. they answered the phone in two rings.. a human, and connected me to a fella, I was done with this in 5 minutes!!!

Unbelievable!

I am still waiting for a unnamed fuel cell company to call back... and this is for a $1,200 + purchase. All I have spoken with is a freakin' machine.

That gets frustrating fast.
