Drive shaft causing vibration?
I get alot of vibration in my 1985 any time I'm cruising above 75. I've pretty much ruled out the alignment, she goes straight as an arrow even when the shaking starts and everything felt nice and tight in the front end. There's really no trace of it at all at lower speed so it hasn't been a real problem but I'd like to take care of it.

Is the vibration still there if you shift into neutral or depress the clutch at 75mph and let the motor idle? If it goes away, it's in the motor. If not, it's tranny on back and could be the driveshaft, wheels, ujoints...
