Possibly sucked in an intake gasket? Maybe timing jumped?

Need more info...does it throw any codes? Any odd noises or smells?

How high was it revving when you hit 100? Did the tranny downshift? Were you near the redline? 100mph is not really that fast. Maybe you broke a valvespring or???

How much did you have to drink!!

Pull codes, if you smelled something, check under hood for burnt wires.

If it runs fine while revving the engine, most likely it is a sensor or a leaking injector(s).

Well the. Real answer is that you have an older car that has never been pushed; or at least on a regular basis. So you either 1) moved some gunk around messing with your iac or sensor or 2) ran it rich (engine load over 90% is not limited to 14.7 afr) which coated sensors or slightly fouled ur plugs.
Here's my list.
-Spark plugs ($3-4 Bosch ) replace as u were probably due
- iac remove and clean or spray brake/Carb cleaner in the idle circuit in the Tbilisi
- fouled o2 sensor let the ecm give it lean conditions to knock the carbon off
- check for vacuum leaks
- the smell was probably excess fuel, is the vacuum lines to the fpr okay?cracks?

Like most people have said, a 100 mph isn't much...so it is more likely that the car needs to be driven!

I'd second checking for any codes. Also add checking the air filter and PCV valve to the list.

When I first got my C4 it had trouble starting and would idle really rough (and almost die sometimes) the previous owner never really drove the car and it sat most of its life. I replaced the fuel filter, PCV valve, cleaned my throttlebody, and ran a bottle of Techron through a tank of gas. The car starts fine and idles great after that.
