I am having the same problem on mine. They will work for a bit, stop working on mist/int/low, and work sometimes on hi. Then driving down the road, they will just stop and sometimes they will do what your's do in the video. I dont think its a nut adjustment on the arms, because mine will work periodically, hitting a bump in the road. I was told to check all the plug connections, two on the motor and the one in the door first. I need to get some di-electric greese to put on the connections by the motor and switch yet and see what happens. I am hoping I dont have to buy a new motor @ $100

My switch now only works at fast where before it worked on all positions. I suspect it also might be a bad plug/connection or switch...

I took mine off since they don't work and I still haven't found the cause. It looks so much better. The wipers and the hood are a poorly engineered esthetic match on this car.
