Default Replacing Motor Mounts
I'm replacing the motor mounts on my 94 6speed. I have the exhaust off and the cats off. I can't seem to get enough clearance to get the mounts out. I have a jack under the bell housing and it seems like the bell housing/trans has contacted the tunnel and I can't get any more room. Is there a trick to this. The heat shields are also a problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

Pull the motor mount bolt. Unscrew the 3 bolts holding the motor mount to the block and you should be able to get the mount up and off. The bolts are hard to access but doable.
