My 87 is reading a code 33 "Check terminal C on the MAF sensor - it should be about .05 volts at idle and 4.7 volts at wide open throttle. Trace the wire from terminal C and look for an open. Replace the MAF sensor."
So I replaced the MAF and it cost me $150. It didnt fix the proble and the code is still there. I disconectted the battery to reset the codes but it came right back.
What should my next step be??? When I drive it and give it full throttle it bogs down real bad untill I let off the gas.
Assuming Code 33 is the only code, i'd do the above first, then I would trace the wiring to the relays, then replace both relays on the firewall behind the battery.
