There is no such thing as a ford injector.. Fords injectors are supplied by Bosch, Siemens or Denzo. Gm injectors are Supplied by Rochester products till 97 Then Bosch and Delphi, In Chrysler, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo etc all share the same injectors as Ford except their Logo goes on them. The redtop Bosch pn 0280150945 sold by Ford Racing has been used in many different vehicles. But, it is all Bosch Just clarifying
Many times it's not what one says but how one says it. You're not coming across well writing posts in the manner as the one quoted above.
Just some feed-back I thought you'd appreciate.

I have 19 pound "Ford" yellow top (Bosch design 2) injectors in my L98. I did have to modify the injector pulse table in the chip to get them to run right at WOT, as increased fuel pressure did not do the job. My bad for thinking I could tune it that way. Ran great in closed loop, and no fitment problems.

It's a good idea to datalog after changing to a different injector. It may cost a little now but save you money later. You want to avoid a lean or rich problem. With a good tune you will get better mileage and optimum performance.
Very true.....but if you have the gear to scan and tune, you can run just about any injector you want, make any mods you want, and learn a lot more about your car. Best 200 bucks I ever spent. (I wish it was the first 200) Honestly, if I would have put stock 24 pound injectors in there and it ran optimally, I would have never went down this road. I realize it is not for everyone, it is a little intimidating at first. I am still in the intimidation zone. I would sure hate to pay someone else to do it, though.
Yup......laptop required for scanning at least. Or you can buy a scanner. You can still modify and burn BINS on your regular ol' desktop. So that does add to the expense if you don't already have one. My laptop is my primary computer.
