Default new CFI-only forum

First, I want to be clear that this is in no way meant to take away anything from this board!

I've created a small forum on my personal website specifically for owners and enthusiasts of the CrossFire equipped cars - both 82 and 84. I've done this because of the general attitude of so many who immediately slam the CFI as "junk", and because there is no sub-group here for these cars like we have for C4 ZR-1's. This gives us a place to post whatever we want about our CrossFire obsessions without all the negative comments.

There is no "for sale" section - it's discussion only.

Anyone with a CrossFire Corvette (or interested in it) is welcome to join! The board is located at

For the board mods here, if this is breaking any rules, my apologies in advance.

Recently i swapped that manifold onto a vortec truck engine and installed it into my '84 to create a vorfire engine. It seems stronger still. It was slightly quicker in the 1/4, THAN MY OLD WORN OUT, OIL BURNING L83. I should have dyno numbers next week.

Race on!!!

For those who may not know, there is a very informative CrossFire only forum found here: []

Just an FYI and not meant to take away from your newly created site.

not sure if it is just me or not, but i think there should be a sub-board (under C4 tech/perf) for L98 tech, LT1/4/5 tech, and crossfire tech. would be much more organized

Marc,

while we can appreciate what you are doing we do have a rule about linking to other Corvette sites.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/foru...ate-links.html

paraphrased here:

Before posting a video, or link, on the CF, please check the website to determine if it contains any material that violates any of these forum rules:

Linking to other Corvette sites is not permitted.
