No fuel !
im stuck in my driveway.what sencer or relay shuts of the injectors?i have fuel pressure but car wont start. it started out like a miss , bad plug. now it wont start at all.i poured some gas into the plennum and stuck the intake hose back on and it ran but stoped like it was running out of gas. help...............

With limited info..fuel filter? Plugged injectors?

Im with Corvette Mike on the possible causes,and I would give a real hard look at the injectors. 89s have known problems with the stock injectors ...Start by doing a ohm test on them , they should be somewhere near 16 ohm....WW

Go to Auto Zone and buy/borrow their "Noid light kit" for $25, and it has a set of LEDs that you plug into your injector wire to check for a pulse. I did it yesterday (see "Now won't start" thread). I get no pulse on any of the ones iI tried it on, but no-one has said what to do now. We may have the same problem.

i will do that tonight. i know a gm tech and i will call him today. i know that my 98 chevy truck had a way to shut of the inj. when oil pressure was lost,so im woundering if the 89 vette has the same.
