The 91 Vette L98 is Speed Density and uses a MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor and the 91 GTA uses a MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor.
Also, the 91 Vette L98 has 10.25:1 compression ratio and the 91 GTA has 9.3:1 compression ratio.

I just sold a 92 firebird TPI engine. It was map and had iron heads. the iron heads have a different intake bolt angle.
