Also, if you have a noid light, check for injector pulses. 90 had Multec injectors that are known to be a problem. If the coils start to fail, they can cause havoc with the ECM's injector driver.

Could be any of the above, also how old is the fuel filter? There could also be crap in the tank clogging up the sock.
