Default KBD Targa Mufflers

I was looking at getting these mufflers:

http://www.ecklers.com/corvette-kbd-...1984-1990.html

I wanted to know if these are worth the money. I already have a pair of magnaflows on mine, but I don't particularly like their sound, and they're pretty quiet. If anyone has these mufflers I would love to hear from you.

I had them on my 86. I liked them but they only lasted about 2 years.

What do you mean they only lasted 2 years?

Have them. Love them.

The paint on mine started to rust so I sanded it down with a wire wheel and painted them black again. The chrome tips are starting to show a bit of surface rust too. I bought mine used for 25 dollars. I like the way they sound.

I have just those alone on my car with gutted cats. Sound is nice and definitely not too loud and I have no drone either.

How are they compared to my magnaflows? I was wanting for something a bit louder, and those sound nice but just aren't loud enough. I was hoping the KBDs would make it just a bit louder.

I have 'em , like 'em, but wish they were a little louder. I'm in California, so gutting the cats isn't an option for me.
