The '91 cluster should work on the '90.

What problem are you having with your current cluster?
Your sure the CCM is not an issue?
Buying a "used" cluster is a big "buyer beware" kind of a deal - especially on Fleabay- make sure you have a protecitive from of recourse (shipping insurance/warranty) if your replacement unit is DOA.
