Default Brake line fitting sizes

Hello All

I am currently working on replacing all the brake hard lines on my 89. I have searched and searched and I cant seem to find the flare nut sizes that connect the hard line to the rubber brake line. I know at the Master Cylinder its M10x1 and M12x1 but can find the other sizes anywhere on here. Also is it bubble flares at every connection point? Any help would be great!

The hardline fittings are the same (M10x1 ?) as used on the caliper bleeder and hose fitting

Those are 10 mm on mine, I bought the 10/12 mm line wrench for better grip. The hard lines were ISO bubble flare yes.
