If you're going to turbo it, you should build an engine from the ground up. 10:1 is too high to start with for compression if you're going turbo on top of that. Turbo engines need less initial compression because the boost increases the static compression ratio very quickly. Something like 8:1 or 8.5:1 would be much better. You'll also need a computer that can deal with the boost correctly, fuel system changes, etc.
