Default Heater problem 89 vert

I have a 89 vert and I have replaced the air mixing motor and the electronic control but the mixing motor still does not work. Is there any other electrical components that control this motor?? Please help thanks.

The C68 has 2 main components a head unit controler (just below the radio) & a programmer which carries out the command functions from the head unit (up under the main dash cluster). Problems with either unit may affect the function of the blend actuator motor. Quite a few people have had problems (contact(s) / cold solder joints) with one and/or both units. Use the "search" function here on the CF to find information or external links regarding repair and/or troubleshooting.

Where is the programmer located? I replaced the head unit already so must be the programmer does anyone have a picture of this or exact location?

Inside the car, mounted to the firewall, to the right of the steering column. It has a bunch of colored plastic hoses coming out of it.
