I've changed those before and they are more trouble than they are worth. If yours are not trashed/rotten leave them in there.
It is easiest to swap them out if you have the entire batwing removed from the car.
Might try a "search" here on the forum to see if you intended task has been posted/documented here before.
Thanks! I have the replacements from Energy Suspension ready to go, but the sleeve from the original is a boooooggggger, won't budge. The rubber was easy.

You have remove them just like you do the swaybar bushings in the front control arms. Get the rubber center out then carefully cut or score the inner sleeve with a hacksaw blade. Then hammer or fold it in on itself till you can pull it out with pliers. Good Luck Tim
