Did the vibration start suddenly or develop over time? Can you pinpoint front or rear? As suggested, try steady 70, gentle acceleration, and overrun to see if there is any change. Vibration at this speed can be caused by tires ( out of balance or belt delamination) as well as u-joints.

Need more info.When did this problem start?Any work done before this problem surfaced?Tires in good shape?Have they been balanced recently?How long you had the car?Answer petes questions too.If I had to guess I would say u-joints
