Actually there are two projects in the Garage. On the back wall standing up is the floor pan to a fiberglass body dune buggy. I keep jumping back and forth on that and the vette and that's why neither are getting done any faster. Pipe
Very interested in seeing that shifter installed. You are a very busy person. Nice body colour also...charcoal metallic.....Im biased. Good luck on your projects and looking forward to more pics as you progress.

Well I go by Pipe on the Forum as my Screen Name my real Name is Bill maybe I should have said Bill's Project or Pipe's Project not Pipe Project. Actually when I got the Car I checked out the RPO Codes and it is a pretty high option car. Heavy duty suspension the extra cooling fan in front of the radiator, Sport Seats. I can't believe I took most of that stuff off the car. It was a 4+3 car and i'm switching it over to a 700R I kept all the stuff and didn't sell it. I've stockpiled a bunch of stuff and gotta stick with it instead of messing with that dune buggy. Now I wish I would have built something bigger cu. in. o well the 383 has lots of killer stuff in it and the heads have lots of $$$ in em. The big tires and wheels won't fit on the car now cause my dumb *** didn't measure the right back space so they will have to wait to go on when I put a straight axle under the rear 15 by 10 with 8 in. backspace they hit the rear knuckle and lower strut arm. yea well THANKS GUY'S Pipe

That's not fun, I thought the correct b.space for weld's etc. was 7 1/2" and a small spacer. Could you still use them with spacers and the long stud? What does the 325 mt actually measure on a 10" rim (tread and sidewall)? Are those the 26"tall sr fronts? (the site claims the rears at 11.6 tread and 13.1 sidewall)
Nice!!! i like the skinnies on the front. So what size tires are good for these cars? Cause one of the next things i'm going to be needing is wheels and tires. I'm just gonna pick up summit's knock of welds and a set of M/T drag radials like yourself. What sizes are good for the stock IRS setup?
You made any other progress on it all since your last update? Looking good!
