93 Running real rough
Car lacks power, has slight backfire and seems cutout for a second when holding the throttle steady. Codes are 28(fan relay, known issue) and 44(O2). ICM was just replaced, so I am out of idea's.
Background, took the car to have headers put on and car was running good, apparently car died while they were working on it(reason ICM was changed), got car back and runs bad and no I will not let those BOZO's work on the car again.
CCM errors are as follows 31, 33, 35, 37, 72 and 74 and I am at work so I have not checked on what these are.
Any ideas?
PS: Coil changed last fall and opti last summer.
They did mess up the coolant sensor on the block, but I think that is just for the analog gauge.
Also, plug wires are on correctly.

OK, no idea what the hacks did to your car.
Start with the basics
Inj1 & inj2 fuses - check/replace
Spark plug wires resting on the headers?
Harness from opti to the connector on the passenger head?
coil wire shorting to the water pump housing?
pull the plugs and see if there are any discolorations.

Just wondering if they cleaned the engine. In other words, do you think they gave the opti a bath. I would take a quick check just to see if the pump is leaking.
Those CCM errors are pointed mainly at your instrument cluster and should not affect engine run. I would clear the codes and then recheck.
Also check coil wire in the dark for any sparking near water pump.
