That tire is an ET Street, which is a bias ply tire, NOT a radial tire. It should be mounted on a 11" wide wheel. You could squeeze it on a 9.5" wide wheel but your going screw up the contact patch, which you don't need to do, espc with IRS. Also the car will not drive as good on the big end with radials on the front and those ET Streets on the rear as it will with radials on all 4 corners.
