So I drove the car again today. When the car is bogged down I think it is missing. If I do, the car shakes and it seems like I am not hearing much noise from the engine compartment. I think I just really need to change the plugs and see what happens. I hope its not the opit!!

A couple suggestions that are relatively simple that may help based on similar experiences I've had over the years in my vehicles:
Change tranny fluid: AMSOIL Synthetic Synchromesh Transmission Fluid (MTF) (Product Code MTFQT)
Clean injectors: AMSOIL P.I. Performance Improver (Product Code APICN)
Flush Engine: AMSOIL Engine and Transmission Flush (note requires replacing oil filter and oil after flushing)
Replace Plugs: NGK7164
Replace Fuel Filter: Wix 33481
Clean Intake: AMSOIL Power Foam Engine Cleaner and Degreaser (note - requires removing, then replacing MAF, or cleaning MAF after using with a spray can of electrical wire cleaner - I got mine from Radio Shack)

AMSOIL carries all of the above, including the plugs and filter, and I can get them for you at dealer wholesale, about 25% below retail via the AMSOIL Preferred Customer Program. Drop me a PM if interested.
