Default Costco floor jack

I just bought one of these floor jacks from Costco. Seems to be very well made, especially for $92.00.

Hmm, I like the low profile design. My Crapsman has been leaking fluid on my garage floor with every use, so I'm sure it's on borrowed time...

That thing has got a huge range... up to 21 inches high. Sounds like a good deal.

Picked one up several months ago. Works fine, plenty low for the C-4 but lifts hi enough for my SUV.

just bought a Craftsman 3 ton for $59 including tax. Unfortunately, I think today is the last day of the sale

Craftsman 3 ton Floor Jack [sears.com], $99 regular price now on sale for $69.99
Drops to $59.49 when added to cart.
Add code SEARS2011 for another $5 off.
Most stores have them in stock for pick up
Offer good until 4/7/2011

I have the Costco and other than being really heavy it is great.

I can litterally lift the car onto 4 jackstands in less than 5 minutes start to finish.

i've had my red Costco one for a couple years now, very pleased. it is heavy though.

I also have the Costco aluminum one, but it doesn't have that low profile approach. and that one works very good also.

Ive had that jack for 2 years now and LOVE it. It's heavy as hell @ 109lbs but its long and low and dependable as they get.
You got a great buy as well. I paid $199.99 for mine from Northern Tool. And even at $200, I'm very happy with it.

A word of warning, Watch out for the Craftsman jacks! I bought one of the Craftsman 2-ton aluminum race jacks and it almost took my arm off. It fell on me while I was placing jack stands under the vette.
I took it back to sears and they would not replace it. They wanted me to ship it in for repair. The repair was free but shipping was $120 both ways.
After that I decided to post a review on sears.com and thats when I found 100's of reviews claiming the same failure. Some have it happen right away, others had them for years before they gave out. Bottom line, they are dangerous jacks and sears should be ashamed to put their name on it.
I will never trust a Crapsman jack again.
