Identifying part.
I have a 95 C4 that I purchased last month (first corvette). It has 140k miles (got it very cheap). I've been going through and replacing all of the emission parts however while inspecting I found this part of the passenger side intake manifold. It's a dual to single vacuum line that plugs into a nipple on the intake manifold. It was badly damaged it looks as though it caught on fire at one point. I brought it to a few auto parts places but they couldn't identify it. I was hoping someone here could help and explain what its function is. If you need a picture please let me know.

It's a vacuum check valve that supplies vacuum to the cruise control and for the HVAC system to open and close the vent doors, (top, bottom, center).
