I would start with cleaning the battery terminal connections and cable. Check for bad connection on ground and positive lead.

Does the key seem to turn correctly. Do the dash light come on and then off as you go to the start position?

Check all fuses and fuse links.

Measure the battery terminal voltage no load, it tells the state of charge. 12.0 v and below, discharged, charge the battery up at least overnight. 12.9 v or higher, fully charged and linear in between. Measure the voltage on the battery terminals while someone holds the ign sw in crank. Battery voltage must not fall below 9.0 volts or the battery is discharged, battery connections need cleaning, or the battery is at the end of its life. Can you hear the starter solenoid click?

The first thing you need to know is if the battery has enough ump to do it thing. You need to load test the battery and see what you have. There are pleanty of load testers out there or you can pull the battery and go to a parts store let them test it. You can also try to jump start it if the battery is weak with a good jump it should turn right over.
