Here's a Video that shows everything you need to know about how the Opti works and how to troubleshoot and repair it. The troubleshooting starts about half way through but the whole thing will help. Enjoy

Nice! I put it in the 'Ultimate DYI' Sticky in C4 Gen (also found in C4 Tech- link to the C4 Gen Sticky)
