Stripping Powder coated wheels
Is there any product, short of bead blasting, to strip powder coated wheels?
I just picked up some A molds that are silver and they need refinishing.
I'd rather just strip and polish them.
Edit: Ok. Didn't find anything with the search at first. But I found that
aircraft paint stripper will work..
Edit again: Discovered the wheels are not replicas, but original A molds.

I just used some aircraft paint remover for the first time this weekend and it was perfect. I found it in the automotive section. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Rust-Oleum...rosol/16652309

I have the same project coming up too. I found a set of silver ZR1 rims (actually 17 x 9 Camaro SS) that I am trying to decide on refinishing silver or polishing.
