Best replacement headers
What is the best fitting headers for a 85 vette? With the air tubes. And what "Y" pipe? I have the 4 bolt converter. I have the angel plugs in it now to.

Easiest to drop right in would probably be Hooker 2149 headers. They are 1.75" primaries to a 3" collector and are coated w/ emissions hookups.

Scrop, I guess you have angled plugs too; how will #1 & #7 clear the headers?
Do you see any problems with wires touching header tubes or maybe have to use short spark plugs?

I used the TPIS Long coated headers, but needed a muffler man to make the Y pipe work. They are working great, and all the emissions stuff is hooked up. Just remember to wrap everything in silver protective wrap. Like starter, and egr pipe, etc, and route wires far as possible away from melting pipes.
