there are 5 on btom runner, 4 on top. longer ones go inside, btm. there is also one on front of btm runner, opposite side near rail, for total of 6. if I remamber, that one is longer, had a slight shoulder on it.

if you get them mixed, you should notice. if too long in blind holes, they won't seat.

I'm getting lost. you're talking bottom bolts only, correct? I said that the longer, by .2" or so, with the shoulder, I THINK was the inside bolt that was accessible from the driver's side.

the longer two go to inside bottom holes, one clear to se, the other on left side hidden.

we commnicating? maybe I better go count them again.

I am wrong. the longer bolts went to the "almost blind" holes, that are almost impossible to reach without a swivel universal and a 1/4 drive extension. have to be assembled in the runner holes before seating runner.

Im talking about the intake bottom of runner, there are a total of 6, one of those comes from the rail side, the two long ones on the hard to get to places on bottom, three bolts left for the top of the lower runner, they are short but one has a small shoulder on it that is the one in question.

I thought I said or meant to that it is I THINK the one from opposite side. Try to fit it there first, and it will be obvious if it is too long. try a short one, same thing. are we sure it came from btm runner? I remember one was too long, and switched, not sure which ones.

Those "Lower runner passenger side" bolts are the only bolts in the process that got scrambled. Thanks

yep, same here. in the overall scheme of things, if they are long, you'll know it, most likely. if a little short, you only need a couple of threads to secure it at such low torque. a common sheet metal screw has 1.5 threads engagement.

with all the activity here with guys changing injectors I figured you'd have a dozen or so responding, didn't you?
