Leave them black Scorp. They look great. Boy are you putting in some extra time to make her look great. I hope that it runs as good as it looks. Actually, I am sure that it will. Have fun and enjoy the improvements!

Scorp, I went to AutoZone to test my cousin's starter and you wouldn't believe what was being displayed on sale: They had a case of primer and a case of high gloss black paint, $2.99 per canister!! Can you believe it??!! It was just screaming back at me to get it and refinish the valve covers. AMAZING!!! :cool:
