The cruise control engage fine, but rather fast it starts to loose speed. If I then very gently touch the throttle, the speed goes back up where I set it. The speed will again slowly drop.
Does anybody have a diagram over thecCruise vac lines, since I guess this can only be a vaccum problem?
Yep sounds like you've got it figured out. Regardless of year there is not too much to the cruise control vacuum line(s) - hoses pretty much go from the vacuum tank (or a line connected directly to it) to the cruise servo. From what I've seen, usually the vacuum hose gets crunchy right at or just below (near the battery)the cruise servo.

checked all hoses, and replaced those that looked bad. The hard lines are hard to check since they are packed in the wire bundles.
I also adjustet the cable, and still I am loosing speed slowl with the Cruise on.
Could this be the little check valve? My AC is working thou.
To me, this really sounds like a vacuum leak in the cruise circuit. It could be the diphram inside the servo is leaking/busted. Pull the vacuum hose and put a hand pump vacuum gauge on the servo to see if it is holding air/leaking/a problem. If the servo vacuum holds and the hoses are good then look at other areas of the vacuum system.
