where is the fan relay and the fan temperature switch?

The fan relay is mounted on the wheel well right below the brake master cylinder.

The fan behind the radiator is controlled by the ECM.

The fan in front of the radiator is controlled by the fan temperature switch. I'm pretty sure it's the sensor between spark plugs 1 and 3.

We checked all the fuses and fusible links and they were all good, the wiring for the fan all the way to the relays right by the battery are burnt. I am wondering if the computer or anything in the harness is burnt or if I can check some how. I just dont want to take it to the shop. Any suggestions?
