Default 9th injector

what controls the 9th injector I believe the ecm controls it but what tells the ecm to turn it off I have my car running smooth ecept at start up it will run at 1300 rpm until I TURN IT OFF THEN RESTART IT WILL IDLE AT 650

Standalone system;
it only gets power when the engine is cranked over and power to the CSI is controlled by a temp switch at front of intake.(Has same plug connector as a injector)
Only supplies extra fuel on cold starts like pulling the choke on a carb car.
If you restarted car and engine temp was below switch setting it would still activate CSI.
No effect on idle.

thats the problem when you first crank it runs 1300 to 1500 even though the temp has reach 225 you have to shut down and restart maybe the heat sensor is bad
