Can I use this to try and fix a gas gauge issue or is there potential issues with the injectors?
Dave
everythng is a potential issue with injectors for someone! those opposed are 50%. I've read the GM bulletins that say it does no good FOR INJECTORS, but might fix the gauge issue. some people swear by it. someone will chime in and almost be offended that you would consider using "snake oils."
also not sure if your Multecs are identical to the originals where the coil was bathed in the fuel. from my 91 FSM the later ones appear to be a different design.

I agree with a lot of this. I have tried it and did nothing for me.
On the other hand and to be fair, you can't fix a problem that requires parts to be changed by adding an additive.
Example - poor running due to an opti, ICM or plugs, the additive is not going to fix the problem. It's not a magic bullet and not what it was designed for. Got to use it in the right way and what it was designed to do.
I'm just not sure what it can really do. Keep plugs cleaner or injectors from clogging might be it. But for me it's hard to get a quantitative answer and see results on the street with normal usage. Maybe in a lab under controlled conditions it can be seen clearer. But for me, the answer is judgmental.
Go to the C5 forum and search for techron or fuel guage problem. It is the cure for most of the C5 fuel guage problems. Try it in the C4. If it fixes the fuel guage problem, great. If it does not you will have a cleaner fuel system.

C5 owners swear by this. It will help clean up your fuel system but as stated it isnt a magic bullet. If I pull off the road to fuel up and presented with 5 top tier gas stations I will choose Chevron because of the Techroline but I dont sweat it if it isnt available.
Some high end automakers actually recommend it in moderation. I wouldn't use it more than once or twice every 5000 miles. I do use it in my engines and have never had any deposits that wouldn't rub off with rubbing alcohol. I found the alcohol trick by accident while checking the cc's of my combustion chambers. I dribbled the alcohol in them and all the carbon build-up turned it black. Mostly I'll use carb cleaner though.
I'm a believer but we all make decisions based on our life's experiences. Your results may vary. Also, I rarely run my engines much over 50,000 miles without a refresh.
