Hey, i am the guy who saw you on the Highway. Hopefully the moderators will move this to the C4 Tech/Performance section.
Regardless, look up water pump changes and Opti Spark installs.
If your car will start and run after you filled her with oil, you may have gotten off lucky.
But, if after putting oil in, and checking/filling the water, and she doesnt run, we may have to look at the Opti/Water Pump problem.
Its going to take time to find out what is wrong, if anything.
Just check one thing at a time.
