Sometimes throwing in the towel is the right thing to do.
If your not all in, it caused grief.
Not that it matters, but I am curious as to where you stand.
Your posts are all over the place.
Are you throwing in the towel?
Finding the right builder?
Or letting the guy that packed a hunk of JB weld take another shot at it?
Inquiring minds want to know.

ALLRIGHT.

Drysump time.

Remember this,

Smokey Yunick was the all time great sbc engine builder.
Bar None.

He dry sumped every endurance sbc race engine.

Called a wet sump pan hopeless.

I read his books 100 times at least front to back.

Smokey is still 1,000 times smarter than all on C4 or anywhere else.

I think I know what is going on here. Motors require an external power source to operate and you are simply blowing them up when you run out of extension cord. Find a builder that never, ever calls an Internal Combustion Engine a Motor and you’ll be on the right track.

One of my favorite pet peeves also. Blower MOTOR....yep, Starter MOTOR....yep, Wiper MOTOR....Yep, Engine motor????....I don't think so. Although there are few absolutes in this world generally speaking motors are electric and engines are steam, gas or diesel. Before everyone starts Googling I did say "Generally speaking". There may be exceptions and your results may vary.

You need at least 3 scavenge sections on the Dry sump system.
1 pressure pump to feed the engine.
And matching oil pan & oil holding de-aeration tank.
Use Earl's braided stainless steel lines & fittings or Aeroquip only.

I am familiar with MOROSO.

Other makes out there.

See what the NASCAR boys use.
They buy & use only the very best in the world.

You still need a Crew Chief - Head Mechanic to overlook the entire engine build & installation into your C4 Corvette.

So You don't have any future problems like before.

A repeat of FAILURE is not acceptable.

Pete K. would be my pick if I had no prior experience myself.
He is in Pennsylvania.

I am in Illinois.

Things have to be done in person.
Not from a keyboard on C4 tech.

Unless you want to fly me back & forth to your garage in Pennsylvania on the weekends.
