fuel injector problem
Unless you have a 9th cold start fuel injector complication the harness side of the fuel injector wiring should have no affect on the injectors ability to hold/leak fuel. From what your describing you upper "o" ring seal for the fuel rail is leaking and the fuel is dripping onto the harness's connector. If this is the case then the new fuel injector(s) with new "O" rings will resolve your leaky situation.
Absolutely. Plus, it's cheaper to buy a whole set than replacing them one at a time. Do you really want to do this job 8 times? I don't think so.

Jon at Fuel Injection Connection is the best.
To the OP....if you are trying to describe the rubber seal on the injector electrical plug, that should be repaired or siliconed to prevent shorting or elec grounding. When a inj plug/harness grounds or shorts that is what causes the inj to stick open and dump fuel in as fast as it can flow thru the nozzel.
Inj bodys DO short out internally and IF one did so and caused a problem, thats a pretty big clue that there are 7 others waiting to do the same thing. Why pay to do that 1 at a time? For $200 you get 8 matched, tested & warranteed current design fuel injectors with all the o-rings and gaskets. Your shop is not going to beat that deal. YOU buy the inj set and pay them to do the dirty part if you don;t want to do the repair DIY style. Call Jon @ FIC to get the details on the set.
BTW you can purchase new electrical plugs to fit the injectors at most auto parts stores and solder them in the harness.

Will I didn't have much of a choice I was out about 6 hours in my trip (16 hour trip), and just for one it cost 148$. And like the guy mentioned above I maybe a little crazy but fuel spraying on an engine is even a no go for me.
But ya now that I finally made it here I am looking at buying a new set of Bosch injectors which is only gonna cost a tad more then the one I had to buy lol.
Thanks for all the help guys.
