When I click on the existing link, the ad is still there but the eliminator kit is available from TPIS. They list it on their store but at the full $149.95 price and $8 shipping.
There has been many a home brewed version with info on making one, over the years.(search engine)
If your handy or no someone who is, you could make your own.
Here is a link to one I made, not for everyone, but it works for me and uses the stock belt.
