Glad you found this spark plug comparison, I couldnt remember where it was. It was also the deciding factor on my A/C pro plats as well. As far as your wires, Ive never heard the EI problems but I would get a good set like A/C, Taylor or MSD
i have a set of MSD wires on my 84. they work great with no issues. i am running NGK plugs and i'm happy with them. no running difference over the AC delco plugs other than a smoother idle.
I do not want to burst any bubbles here but the results are statistically inconclusive. 99.99% of the strain gages are 1% or less in accuracy. meaning with 408 ft lbs 404 and 412 ft lbs are both probable results with 408 ft lbs being measured. Add to that the correction factors and accuracy of those devices and you have to make a dozen pulls and average them at best. It is magazine hype at it's best. BTW nothing secret about the secret plugs Bosch race plugs and I doubt you will find them at Summit or Jegs if you are using that as your encyclopedia...

But it is nice to see numbers confirming that they are all around the same!!!
